Included in Stage 1
Setup of your project, a structured intake, and a feasibility review based on the documents you provide plus publicly described statutory factors. You get a portal, a timeline, and a place to upload files.
Not included
Legal advice, a survey, a title policy, engineering, an appraisal, a loan, architectural plans, city fees, or anyone appearing at a public counter on your behalf.
Cancellation
You may cancel Stage 1 before substantive review work starts and request a refund of the $950. Once a reviewer has opened the file and begun the document review, the fee is for that work and is generally not refunded. The Terms of Service control if this summary and the terms ever differ.
