Terms of service
Working terms for the feasibility product. They are not a substitute for a lawyer’s review of your customer contract.
Effective date: October 5, 2026. By starting a paid review you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and the project services disclosure.
The service
Stage 1 is a preliminary feasibility review and project setup for a California property. It is not legal advice, a survey, a title policy, engineering, an appraisal, a loan commitment, or a government approval.
Fees
The Stage 1 fee is $950. Later professional and city costs are quoted separately. You may cancel before substantive review begins and request a refund of Stage 1. After review work starts, the fee is earned.
Your information
You confirm that the answers you give about ownership and tenancy are your best knowledge, and that you have the right to upload the documents you upload.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SB9Split’s liability for Stage 1 is limited to the fees you paid for that stage. We are not liable for a city’s decision, a contractor’s bid, or a resale price.
