Privacy policy
This is a working policy structure for the product. Have counsel review it before you rely on it as your final public policy.

What we collect
Address searches, assessment answers, name, email, phone, consent records, payment status (not card numbers), uploaded documents, and technical logs. Card numbers, if you pay by card, are handled by Stripe and do not touch our servers.
The public site also records anonymous page traffic so we can see which pages are used. A random id is kept in your browser under the key pulse-sid. The server stores only a hash of that id, plus the path, a coarse device class, language, and time zone. You can stop it by setting pulse-no-track to 1 in local storage. We do not sell that log, and it is not a property file.
Why
To run the screen, the paid review, the portal, and legally required payment records. Marketing email is optional and off unless you check the box.
Sharing
Payment data goes to Stripe when configured. Intake payloads can be forwarded to api.split.land when configured. Consultants see a file only if you later approve a referral. We do not sell the address list.
Retention and rights
Project files are kept for the life of the review and a reasonable archive period. Email support@sb9split.com to access, correct, or delete a profile, subject to records we must keep for payments and consents.
